Rake task to add size and format

The download now shows the download size and file formats.

If you would like all existing CRC1280 datasets and RUB datasets to display this information, the rake task rdms:set_format_and_size_to_works can be used.

Following this, you can also recreate the metadata files in S3, if you find that the metadat in s3 does not have the information (available using download)
