Add CRC resource_type property

Hi @anusha

Please see changes for adding the crc_resource_type property. Some notes:

  • The default resource_type in Hyrax has been hidden from the new and edit forms.
  • New and edit forms can be submitted successfully; where the crc_resource_type property is saved/updated correctly.
  • New test passes.

Other comments/ concerns:

  • The crc_resource_type property hasn't been marked facetable in the model.
  • The crc_resource_type property's details haven't been added to the landing page view of a work.

Let me know if I should do the above two points?
