Tree view improvements

I just tried an alternate js library for tree view called jstree. Seems to be open source and MIT license.

Do not merge this. If we are not happy, we will just delete this branch.

The tree view works well, but the anchor links don't work anymore. Maybe we can use the context menu and add view / edit in there.
