Return only doi

The DOI is now displayed as string. Ideally, we need the URI for the DOI to be displayed.

@paul @anusha the user needs the uri that resolves from doi service, for example "https://doi.org/12.3456/7890". Currently the URI provided in rdms tries to resolve the rdms resource locally, see https://rdms.cottagelabs.com/concern/datasets/h702q636h?locale=en

@frenzjb5 yes, which is also what my comment says and the reason why the ticket https://gitlab.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/FDM/rdm-system/antleaf-projectmanagement/-/issues/203 is still assigned to me and is marked as in progress. We are yet to complete this.
