Create groups which consist of geometric and CV-curve overlaps
One possible hint at similar behavior is the overlap in CV curves. We want to connect this to spatial overlap, for which we have already a function. The task is to write a function that checks for the intersection of clusters and spatial groups. Please create a new grouping scheme based on the intersection(s) and visualize it in colored circles as previously.
Thought: decide on different color maps for the different groupings: spatial overlap, CV similarity, and union of both. (see e.g. https://matplotlib.org/stable/tutorials/colors/colormaps.html )
Wish for final visualization: 3 subfigures, 1 spatial overlap, 1 CV similarity (KMeans clusters), 1 union of both.
Future thought: automated optimization of number of CV clusters based on unions.
